What classes do you offer?
We currently offer Reformer Pilates classes.
Over time, we plan to introduce Mat Pilates and Barre, alongside wellness events, community sessions and feel-good experiences designed to bring people together.
I’m new to Reformer Pilates, can I still come?
Absolutely. Beginners are very welcome.
Please let your instructor know if you’re new, returning after a break, pregnant, postnatal, recovering from injury or unsure about anything before class starts. We’re here to support you and help you move safely.
How long are classes?
Our Reformer Pilates classes are typically 50 minutes long.
How can I book?
You can book through our website, app or online booking platform.
You’ll need to create an account, purchase a single class, class pack or membership, then reserve your space.
Do I need to be a member?
No, you don’t need to be a member.
You can book using a single class or class pack. Memberships are simply a more cost-effective way to stay consistent and get priority booking.
How far in advance can I book?
Class pack holders can book up to 14 days in advance.
Membership holders can book up to 21 days in advance.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are not accepted unless we state otherwise. Please book in advance to secure your space.

What if I’m running late?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so you have time to check in and get settled.
For safety reasons, we operate a strict 10-minute late policy. Entry will not be permitted more than 10 minutes after the class start time.
Late entry is always at the instructor’s discretion and may be refused if it would not be safe or appropriate to join.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours before class to avoid losing your class credit or being charged.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, this is classed as a late cancellation and you will lose your class credit.
What happens if I don’t show up?
If you do not attend and do not cancel in time, you will lose your class credit and a £15 no-show fee will apply.
Is there a late cancellation fee for members?
Yes. Membership holders will lose their class credit for a late cancellation.
From the third late cancellation in the same calendar month, a £15 fee will be charged for each further late cancellation.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through our booking platform.
If a space becomes available, you’ll be notified by email. Once you are added into the class, our usual cancellation policy applies.

Can I share my class pack or membership?
Class packs and memberships are personal to you and cannot be shared, transferred or resold.
However, you may transfer a class credit to a friend if you would like to bring them along to class. They do not need to be a member or hold their own class pack, but they must create an account and complete any required health questionnaire or PAR-Q before attending.
Do class packs expire?
Yes, all class packs must be used within their stated validity period shown at the time of purchase.
Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes, recurring memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in line with the cancellation terms shown when you purchase.
Can I freeze my membership?
Membership freezes are only considered in exceptional circumstances and must be requested in advance.
Approval is at Studio Align’s discretion and may require supporting evidence.
Do members get priority booking?
Yes, members can book further in advance than class pack holders, giving them priority access to classes.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer both NHS and student discount on eligible class packs.
NHS and student discounts are capped to weekday off-peak classes only, Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:00pm. Discounts cannot be used for early morning, evening or weekend classes.
NHS and student discounts are available on class packs.
Sign up using your NHS or student email address to qualify, then email hello@studioalign.uk for your exclusive personal code.
Discounts cannot be used with any other offer, promotion or membership unless stated otherwise.

Can I come to class if I’m pregnant?
Please contact us before attending if you are pregnant.
Attendance during pregnancy is subject to the health information you provide and any medical guidance you have received.
Can I attend if I’m postnatal?
Please contact us before attending if you are postnatal, especially if you are returning to movement after birth.
We may ask for more information before confirming which class is suitable for you.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Please tell your instructor before class if you have an injury, medical condition, recent surgery, pain, dizziness or anything else that may affect your ability to safely take part.
Our instructors can offer general movement guidance, but this does not replace medical advice. Please speak to a medical professional before starting a new exercise programme if you are unsure.
Do I need to complete a health form?
Yes, you must complete any required health questionnaire or PAR-Q before attending class.

Do I need grip socks?
Yes, grip socks must be worn for all Reformer Pilates classes.
This is for hygiene, safety and stability on the reformer.
Do you sell grip socks?
Yes, Studio Align grip socks will be available to purchase in the studio.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
We recommend leggings, shorts or fitted activewear so your instructor can safely check your alignment.
Can I film in class?
Please do not record, photograph or film any part of a class without our permission.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and present during their session.
Will Studio Align take photos or videos?
We may occasionally take photos or videos in the studio for marketing and social media.
We will ask for explicit consent where you are the main subject. If you do not wish to appear in any background content, please let us know before class and we’ll take reasonable steps to respect your preference.
Do you have parking?
Yes, there is a communal car park which is free to use.
There is also free on-street parking nearby.
Do you have a workspace?
Yes, we have a cosy workspace with free WiFi, so you can stay awhile before or after class.
